§ 230-84. Pari-mutuel pool operations excluded.

The terms "racing and recreational facilities," "racetracks" and "sporting events," used in this act [article], shall not embrace or include but shall exclude all racetrack and jai alai fronton permits and permittees conducting pari-mutuel pools in this state; and the provisions of this act [article] shall not apply to racetracks and jai alai frontons licensed and authorized to operate under F.S. chs. 550 and 551 and amendments thereto.
