§ 230-83. Inapplicability of conflicting provisions.

All other general or special laws, or parts thereof, inconsistent herewith are hereby declared to be inapplicable to the provisions of this act [article] and the issuance of bonds under the provisions of this act [article] need not comply with the requirements of any other law relating to the issuance of bonds.
