§ 230-85. Declaration of public purposes.

  • It is hereby determined and declared by the legislature of the State of Florida that all of the powers conferred upon the district and the county by this act [article], and the exercise of such powers or any of them, constitute and are proper public purposes and are for the welfare and benefit of the district and its inhabitants.
