§ 62-102. Other permits and approvals.

A certificate of appropriateness shall be considered prerequisite to the issuance of any other permits required by this chapter or the county council. The issuance of a certificate of appropriateness shall not relieve the applicant from obtaining other permits or approvals required by the county.
