§ 46-122.5. Violations and penalties.

  • (a)

    Any person found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this article, shall be punished in accordance with F.S. § 125.69, or any amendments thereto, with a fine not to exceed $500.00, and/or incarceration not to exceed 60 days. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this article, a violation of this article may be abated by any manner as provided by law. Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

    (b)

    In addition to any penalty provided by law for the violation of any of the provisions of this article, the county council may bring suit in the appropriate circuit court to enjoin, restrain or otherwise prevent the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, in any manner as provided by law.
