§ 34-34. Minimum allocation of funds.

(a)

The minimum amount of funds allocated for artists' services and works of art shall be the construction cost multiplied by 0.005. All construction costs shall be calculated as of the date the contract is executed, subject to the provisions of section 34-31.

(b)

Land, acquisition, demolition, financing costs and subsequent changes to the contract shall be excluded from this calculation.
