§ 214-68. Transfer of property and obligations of former board of trustees.
All property of whatever nature and kind, and wherever located, including monies due the Volusia County law libraries shall become the property of the board of trustees of the Volusia County law libraries as created by this act [article], and all rights and benefits now held by the board of trustees of Volusia County law libraries under Laws of Fla. ch. 27946 (1951) are hereby transferred and shall inure to the benefit of the said board of trustees, and all valid and legal obligations of the board shall be assumed and paid by the board created by this act [article].
