§ 206-52. Applicability of general law.
[A] license [authorized by section 206-51] shall be issued only if the lessee or concessionaire meets the qualifications of F.S. § 561.15. Application therefor shall be made by the lessee or concessionaire in the same manner as is provided for in F.S. § 561.17. Approval or disapproval of such license shall be made by the director of the division of beverage in accord with the same procedure provided for in F.S. §§ 561.18 and 561.19. Applicants shall be subject to the license fee schedule in F.S. § 561.34. Such alcoholic beverage vendor's license for consumption on the premises shall be for the term, and subject to the same privileges of renewal, as is provided for in F.S. §§ 561.26 and 561.27, and may be revoked or suspended in accordance with the provisions of F.S. § 561.29.
