§ 206-51. Issuance of license for on-premises consumption.

An alcoholic beverage vendor's license for consumption on the premises shall be issued by the division of beverage at any airport terminal owned by Volusia County under proper application made therefor by any lessee or concessionaire authorized by the governing body of Volusia County to operate the lounge facilities at any such airport terminal, notwithstanding any provision of law limiting the number of such licenses that may be issued.
