§ 90-77. Certificate of school adequacy.

Latest version.

(a)

No comprehensive plan amendment adopted after September 30, 2007, shall be valid or effective unless and until a finding of school adequacy is issued by the school district for the affected property in accordance with the procedures set forth by this article.

(b)

No rezoning adopted after September 30, 2007, shall be valid or effective unless and until a finding of school adequacy is issued by the school district for the affected property in accordance with the procedures set forth by this article.

(c)

A finding of school adequacy is required in addition to any other applicable local, state or federal licenses, permits and/or approvals required by law.
