§ 82-50. Boats and aircraft.
(a)
Boating may be allowed on conservation lands subject to the following:
(1)
Boats shall not be operated in a manner that would damage any structure, plants, animals or other resources.
(2)
Boating use shall be limited to areas indicated in the land management plan.
(3)
Boating may be limited by engine horsepower, speed, and vessel type as necessary for public safety, resource protection and enjoyment or protection of county structures or equipment.
(4)
Boats shall be launched and recovered only from authorized areas. For the purposes of this section, the term "boating" includes motorboats, personal watercraft, sailboats, canoes and other recreational vessels.
(b)
Taking off or landing of private aircraft, including seaplanes, on conservation lands is prohibited.
