§ 82-41. Applicability.

The provisions of this article shall not apply to:
(1)

any governmentally initiated or sponsored land management, educational, or public activity, and/or

(2)

the extent it conflicts with the provisions of any intergovernmental management agreement between the county and another governmental entity (including, but not limited to the St. Johns River Water Management District, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the Florida Communities Trust, and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission) for the acquisition or management of conservation lands.
