These development regulations apply to properties located within the OCV, OMV, OTC,
OUR, OTR, ORE, and OCR zoning classifications, unless otherwise provided for herein,
and are intended to further implement the Osteen Local Plan. In the event of conflict
between this division and other provisions of this chapter, the provisions of this
division shall apply. Otherwise, all other applicable provisions of this chapter shall
apply.
