§ 72-578. Conformity to recorded plat and zoning regulations.

Conformity to recorded plat. If an FSP includes land previously platted, it shall conform to such plat.

(d)

Conformity to zoning regulations. Development depicted in a FSP shall conform to all applicable Volusia County zoning regulations [article II, herein].
