§ 72-970. Standards for review.
In determining whether the proposed development shall be approved under the provisions of this division, the EMD shall consider the requirements of this division, together with the following criteria:
(1)
Whether, and the extent to which a proposed development must be located within the well field protection zone in order to perform the development's basic functions.
(2)
The impacts of the proposed development on the well field protection zones in combination with other developments which have been permitted or constructed immediately adjacent to the secondary well field protection zone.
(3)
The protection afforded after development is completed and/or any adverse conditions caused by the development.
(4)
Whether the proposed development is consistent with the policies in the Volusia County Uniform Zoning Ordinance [article II, of this chapter] and comprehensive plan.
