§ 50-271. Definitions.

For the purpose of this division, the following words shall be defined as provided in section 50-71:

Agricultural use.
Community water system.
EPA.
Hazardous substances.
Local government.
Lot.
Municipality.
Nonresidential activity.
Non-transient non-community water system.
Person.
Potable water.
Potable water supply well.
Primary containment.
Primary wellfield protection zone.
Product-tight.
Residential activity.
Secondary containment.
Secondary wellfield protection zone.
Spill.
Storage system.
Well.
Wellfield.
Wellfield protection zone permit.
