§ 2-513. Membership; procedures.

The council shall serve as the governing body of the housing finance authority. The chairman and four members of the council shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the authority until such time as the council shall appoint the members of the authority in accordance with the provisions of F.S. ch. 159, pt. IV (F.S. § 159.601 et seq.); thereafter, the members of the authority and its procedures shall be governed by F.S. ch. 159, pt. IV (F.S. § 159.601 et seq.).
