§ 2-512. Creation.

There is hereby created and established a public body corporate and politic to be known as the Housing Finance Authority of Volusia County (referred to in this division as the authority), to function in the county in the manner and having all the powers and authority of a housing finance authority provided by F.S. ch. 159, pt. IV (F.S. § 159.601 et seq.).
