§ 2-274. Rejecting bids; negotiation.

(a)

Rejecting bids. The purchasing director shall have the authority to reject any and all bids.

(b)

Negotiation. If no bid is received, the county council may authorize the purchasing director to purchase by negotiation, and the award shall be made in accordance with section 2-272.
