§ 20-294. Transfer of permits.

An individual permit holder may submit an authorization from a master permit holder and a $50.00 transfer fee to change the master permit the individual permit holder solicits under. A master permit holder may at any time revoke its authorization of an individual permit in writing to the beach department. An individual permit holder may not operate under more than one master permit at any time.
