§ 20-295. Conditions of permits.

A master commercial solicitation permit holder shall be subject to the following requirements and conditions:

(1)

The timely annual payment of fees.

(2)

Complying with federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations, rules and orders.

(3)

Complying with the beach code and solicitation regulations.

(4)

Requiring any person soliciting on behalf of its business to hold a valid individual permit and to comply with the requirements and conditions of the master and individual permits.

(5)

Prominently displaying the permit at the place of business in a manner visible to customers.

An individual commercial solicitation permit holder shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

(1)

Timely payment of annual fees.

(2)

Timely submission of photographs for annual issuance of photo identification.

(3)

Complying with federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations, rules and orders.

(4)

Complying with the beach code and solicitation regulations.

(5)

Complying with apparel and identification requirements.

(6)

Complying with regulations governing the location and conduct of solicitation.
