§ 20-3. Authority; purpose and intent.

This chapter is adopted pursuant to section 205 (Unified countywide beach regulations) of the county Home Rule Charter, Laws of Fla. ch. 70-966. It is intended to regulate comprehensively public health, safety and welfare on or pertaining to the beach and approaches.
