§ 18-1. Airport zoning commission.

(a)

Pursuant to F.S. ch. 333, there is hereby created an airport zoning commission for the unincorporated area of the county.

(b)

The county council is hereby designated as the airport zoning commission for the unincorporated area of the county and shall have the responsibility to carry out the provisions of F.S. ch. 333 and any ordinances adopted pursuant to that law.
