§ 122-37. Furnishing service for use by other property.

Utility service purchased from the county shall be used by the consumer only for the
purposes specified in the application for service. The consumer shall not sell or
otherwise dispose of such utility service supplied by the county. All utility service
furnished by the county to the consumer shall be through county meters and may not
be remetered by the consumer for the purpose of selling or otherwise disposing of
such service. In no case shall a consumer, except with the written consent of the
county, extend water or sewer lines across a street, alley, lane, court, property
line, avenue or other public thoroughfare or right-of-way in order to furnish utility
service for adjacent property, even though such adjacent property is owned by him.
