§ 110-654. Transfer of property of former district.

Latest version.

The title, rights and ownership of property, uncollected taxes, dues, rates, charges, claims, judgments, decrees and choses in action held and owned by the district abolished by this article shall pass to and be vested in the County of Volusia.
