§ 110-655. Transfer of obligations and ratification of acts of former district.

Latest version.

No obligation or contract of the district abolished by this article, of any nature whatsoever, shall be impaired or avoided by this article, but all such debts or obligations shall pass to and be binding upon the County of Volusia.
