§ 110-704. Transfer of obligations and property of former district.

Latest version.

All debts shall be assumed and all property real and personal of the prior East Volusia County Anti-Mosquito District, as created in Laws of Fla. ch. 18363 (1937), shall be transferred to the East Volusia Mosquito Control District, as provided for in this article, upon the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived.
