§ 110-703. Creation; boundaries.

There shall be established and is created a mosquito control district in the county, which shall be known as the East Volusia Mosquito Control District, the boundaries of which shall coincide and be identical with the boundary lines of County Commissioners' District No. 4 and County Commissioners' District No. 5 in said county, as they existed in 1937 as more particularly described as follows.
