§ 238-1. Injuring or removing channel markers in Indian River.

Whoever shall willfully and maliciously change, injure or remove the channel marks, stakes or buoys as now established in the Indian River, North, in Volusia County, in the State of Florida, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment for not exceeding 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
