§ 234-2. Parking on county property.
Any person violating the parking regulations adopted by the board of county commissioners of Volusia County, Florida, governing the county parking lot at the county courthouse in Volusia County, Florida, or on other county lands in said county shall be guilty of a trespass under the general laws of the State of Florida, and shall, upon conviction thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction, be punished as provided by law for the committing of a trespass upon public property. The sheriff of Volusia County, Florida, shall enforce said parking regulations by arrest for trespass upon public property as provided by law.
