§ 226-44. Administration of collection and disposal system.

The board of county commissioners of Volusia County may, if deemed desirable, create a separate board, body or agency or may designate a certain officer or certain officers of the county to have the supervision and management and control of such waste collection and disposal system, or of any parts thereof, or to carry out any duties or acts relating to said waste collection and disposal system, and said board of county commissioners may make all necessary rules or regulations governing the use, control, management and operation of such waste collection and disposal system, or of any parts thereof.
