§ 226-40. Lien on revenues.

That all bonds issued pursuant to this act [article] shall have a lien upon the revenues derived from said waste collection and disposal system to the extent and in the manner provided in the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds, which lien shall be prior and paramount and over and ahead of any claims or obligations of any nature against said revenues subsequently arising or subsequently incurred, except as may be provided in the resolution or resolutions authorizing such bonds. The rank and priority of different issues of bonds issued by the county pursuant to this act [article] shall be as provided in the resolution or resolutions authorizing such bonds.
