§ 214-62. Centralization of facilities.

Latest version.
  • That the legislature further finds that such libraries are used as basic law libraries by the state attorney and his assistants, the circuit judges, the county judge, the felony court judge, the county attorney, and other unnamed public boards and agencies, for which it would be necessary to purchase duplicate facilities except for the consolidation provided by this bill [article], and that the saving to the taxpayers of Volusia County by the elimination of the substantial part of the duplicate facilities would alone justify the centralized and consolidated libraries.
