§ 602.1. Election of directors.

Latest version.

The directors of the following departments shall be elected every four (4) years at the general election:
(1)

The sheriff, who shall serve as the director of the department of public safety.

(2)

The supervisor of elections, who shall serve as the director of the department of elections.

(3)

The property appraiser, who shall serve as the director of the department of property appraisal.
