§ 90-80. Enforcement.

Any resident, the school board or local government located within the county may bring a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Volusia County, Florida, for declaratory and/or injunctive relief to restrain, enjoin, or otherwise prevent a violation of this article. This article shall not abridge any other administrative or civil remedies available under state law.
