§ 90-79. Rezonings.

(a)

After September 30, 2007 an applicant who desires a rezoning shall provide the local government with a finding of school adequacy from the school board prior to the local government consideration of or adoption of said amendment.

(b)

No rezoning may be adopted which proposes a residential density which is different than that stated in a finding of school adequacy.

(c)

The local government shall provide an adopted copy of the rezoning ordinance or resolution subject to a finding of school adequacy to the school board within five days of its adoption by the local governing body.
