§ 86-338. Demotion or transfer during probationary period.

(a)

An employee transferred, or transferred and demoted to another position with similar or lesser qualifications in a different department, shall begin a new probationary period.

(b)

An employee transferred or demoted to another position with substantially different qualifications shall begin a new probationary period unless the employee already has status in that classification.
