§ 86-266. Duration of certification.

Latest version.

The life of a certification of names during which action may be validly taken by an appointing authority shall be 21 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified on the certification, or the certification is extended by the human resources director. Any appointment made from such a certification during that time shall not be subject to any change in the condition of the eligible list taking place during that period.
