§ 86-226. Abolition or supersession of lists.

The human resources director may abolish and/or supersede an eligible list before its normal expiration date when he determines that continuation of the list would result in an untenable situation in the county service. A full statement of the reasons for such abolition or supersession shall be entered in the records of the human resources division.
