§ 86-223. Duration.

Latest version.

The duration of each eligible list and the names appearing thereon shall be for 12 months. The human resources director may extend an eligible list in six-month increments when he deems it in the best interests of county service to continue the list. No list shall be extended to a time more than two years from the date of the original establishment of the list.
