§ 86-194. Exemption from public records.

Latest version.

All examination questions, answers sheets, and answers are exempt from the public records disclosure requirements pursuant to section 119.071(1)(a), Florida Statutes, and are not available for public inspection. A person who has taken an examination may review his own completed examination subject to section 86-192.
