§ 86-191. Notification of examination results.

Each person who takes an examination shall be given written notice as to whether he qualified on such examination. Eligibles shall be advised of their score and relative position on the eligible list. In consideration of the many factors that may change an eligible's relative standing from time to time, eligibles will not be advised again of their relative standing except in response to specific inquiry, the reply to which will indicate the standing as of that point in time.
