§ 86-115. Payment for accumulated annual leave, sick leave, and personal leave on separation from employment.

  • Separating employees shall be paid for accumulated annual leave, sick leave, and personal leave to their credit at their current rate of pay as of the effective date of separation pursuant to sections 86-524, 86-525, and 86-526. Payment for accumulated leave for deceased employees shall be made as provided in sections 86-514, 86-524, 86-525, and 86-526.

Ord. No. 2017-27, § I, adopted Nov. 16, 2017, repealed the former § 86-115, which pertained to garnishment or withholding of wages and derived from Ord. No. 81-19, § 4.15, 9-3-81. At the direction of the county, § 86-116 has been renumbered as § 86-115.
