§ 86-103. Adoption.

The human resources director shall prepare and present to the county manager a proposed or amended compensation plan at a designated time prior to the beginning of each fiscal year. The county council shall adopt a compensation plan to be effective during the next fiscal year or at such time as the council may designate and thereafter until amended or a new plan shall be adopted.
