§ 86-36. Amendments to article.

Latest version.

The county manager, in conjunction with the human resources director, and in consultation with the personnel board, shall be responsible for maintenance and preparation of amendments to this article as needed. A two-thirds vote of the full county council shall be required to amend this article.
