§ 86-623. Official forms and records.

  • (a)

    Forms. All personnel actions described in this article shall be made on forms designated by the human resources director.

    (b)

    Records. The official record of all personnel transactions shall be maintained in the human resources office. Any records or copies of records that may be maintained in departmental files shall not be considered to be a part of the employee's personnel record, or a part of the official personnel files, unless such record is also on file in the human resources office.
