§ 86-581. Philosophy and policy.

  • (a)

    The county service and the citizens of the county are directly benefited by the maintenance of a stable, healthy, secure, happy and highly motivated work force.

    (b)

    Toward this end, the human resources director shall cooperate with department directors, employees and others to promote measures directed toward more sanitary, safe, healthful working conditions; toward improving employee personal productivity and morale; toward improving the efficiency and effectiveness of employee efforts and working conditions; toward affording better facilities for recreation; and toward any other means of bettering the condition and improving the morale of county employees.
