§ 86-396. Appeals.

(a)

If any employee disagrees with any statement in an evaluation, he may request a review of the evaluation as provided in the procedures relating to employee performance evaluation, including a review by the department or division director.

(b)

Any employee who is in disagreement with the decision of the department or division director may review the evaluation with the human resources director.
