§ 82-47. Swimming.

Swimming is prohibited on all conservation lands, except in areas designated by signs or as otherwise provided herein. Swimming shall be at his/her own risk. No ropes, swings, or similar devices may be constructed or used on conservation lands. Diving from the banks of a waterway or water body or from trees is prohibited.
