§ 82-45. Camping.

(a)

Individual camping is allowed on conservation lands only at a designated camping site.

(b)

Group camping shall occur only at designated camping sites. All group camping shall require the issuance of a special use authorization.

(c)

Except where a mobility impaired person has been granted a special use authorization, camping using a motor vehicle is prohibited.

(d)

The length of stay for camping authorized by this section shall be no greater than seven continuous days or 30 total days per year per identified Conservation land.
